Overview

A dispute enables one or more users to view the same ticket. This is useful if, for example, you have a gaming website and you have several users in the same dispute.

How Do Disputes Work?

Firstly, you enable the dispute system in the settings.

Once a standard ticket is created, you have the option when viewing a ticket to change it to a dispute. Once this is done, you can give multiple visitors access to the same ticket.
