Maian Guardian Setup

Overview
Please refer to the steps below to install Maian Guardian:
1 Install Maian Guardian on Server
First, you need to install the Maian Guardian system on your server:

2 Installing Source Guardian licgen Program
To auto generate licenses on a server Source Guardian has a command line tool called the "licgen" program. It is this tool that Maian Guardian uses to generate licenses and therefore MUST be available on your server. Before you can use this tool Source Guardian requires that you accept a license agreement and upload a license file to your Source Guardian installation.

3 Create a product in Source Guardian to use an external license file.
You need to set up your products in Source Guardian first before transferring the information to Maian Guardian.

4 Setup the same products in Maian Guardian.
Once you have created your products in Source Guardian, you need to transfer the data to Maian Guardian.

5 Pass Data to Maian Guardian API.
Once your products are ready you need to pass information to the Maian Guardian API.

6 Create Input Validation functions if Required.
Certain user entered data will require input validation functions to check users are entering the correct data.
